Privacy
A short, honest account of what happens to data when you visit this site. No legal boilerplate, and no promises this site does not keep.
Note: Google Analytics is not switched on yet. This policy is published ahead of it, so that it is accurate from the moment analytics start.
Who we are
This site is run by Crispy Food House DOO, the company trading as Food House in Utjeha and Crispy Food House in Bar. Its registry details are on the Company details page. For anything about privacy, write to the email address on the Contact page.
What we do not collect
There are no forms on this site, no accounts, no comments and no basket. There is nothing here for you to type, so nothing you type is collected or stored. Orders are taken by phone, and the priced menu is a page on this site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. To do that it stores a cookie in your browser containing a randomly generated identifier. It does not contain your name, and we cannot identify you personally from it.
Google Analytics collects roughly the following on our behalf:
- which pages you opened, when, and how long you stayed
- where you arrived from - a search engine or Instagram, for instance
- your device type, browser, language and screen size
- an approximate location (city or country), derived from your IP address
- a randomly generated visit identifier, kept in the cookie
Google processes this for us and on our instructions, and the data may be processed outside Montenegro. What Google does with it is described in its own privacy policy. Google's privacy policy
Your consent
Analytics only start once you accept them. Until you answer, and if you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and its cookie is not set - the site works perfectly well without it. You can change your choice at any time using the same control.
Server logs
Like every website, this one sits on a server that keeps standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, the address requested, the browser type and the page you came from. These are written automatically, are used for security and fault-finding, and are not joined up with the analytics.
The map
The map on this site is OpenStreetMap, not Google Maps. When a page with the map opens, your browser fetches the map tiles from openstreetmap.org, which sees your IP address in the process, as any server you request something from does. We set no cookie for it.
Links to other sites
The site links out to our menu, our Instagram, the Bar venue's Facebook page, WhatsApp, Viber and Google Maps. Nothing loads from any of them until you follow the link - and once you do, their rules apply rather than ours.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and to object to the processing. Write to the email address on the Contact page. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in Montenegro.
Changes
If something about the site changes so that this text is no longer true, the text changes with it and the date below is updated.
